Nautical Dress - Against All Odds!

It is around 15 degrees today in Stockholm and I am FRRREEEZZING. I am however off to Madrid in a couple of hours, and I decided to put on my sailor dress anyway. It has my favorite cut - 3/4 sleeves and a just over the knee length. I think nothing gives that sense of freshness as a striped dress and some comfy boat shoes.
